Sautéed green beans make a great side dish for this sweet, spicy chicken.

Cook Time: 16 minutes
Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 3 ounces chicken and 1 tablespoon sauce)
Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast tenders

- 1/2 cup sliced onion
- 1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon bottled minced ginger

I really wanted to like this recipe after reading all the reviews, but found it really disappointing. The flavor was just, there, nothing special.02/03/10

This was fine, but not great. I feel like it's average at best and a really strange sauce concoction. I recently made CL's Raspberry-Balsamic Glazed Chicken which is very similar but definitely a real five star outstanding recipe - just as easy to make as well. I prefer it to this one; therefore, I wouldn't make this recipe again.01/27/10
