So easy and SO delicious! We caught two Mahi's while out sportfishing, came home, and grilled up this wonderful fish! The salsa complimented the Mahi perfectly, everyone raved!
We served it with grilled vegetable kabobs scewered onto thyme sprigs and crusty bread. Excellent!04/23/06
