Oriental Turkey Burgers
"Instead of ketchup, mix a little soy sauce and hoisin sauce together to spread on the burgers. For a little more kick, add more ground red pepper to the meat before you cook it. In keeping with the Oriental theme, I usually serve a side salad topped with sesame dressing." -CL Reader
