Despite some of the other reviews, I LOVE this recipe. I first had it in a BBQ shack outside of Destin served over chicken. I remembered seeing it in one of my SL magazines and found it online. I have served it several times with raving reviews!! I didn't add the water but did add little more vinegar. I DO NOT recommend using light mayo - which I would normally do, but not for this recipe.09/08/09

My husband and I love this recipe! I did not have creole mustard so I used dry creole seasoning and Helmans light mayo. It is so good on grilled chicken. My husband has used it as a chip dip. Oh well to each his or her own I guess. Oh my 11 year old loves it also.09/06/06
