Outstanding

This simple, delicious cocktail can easily be doubled to serve more guests. For an equally delightful nonalcoholic version, simply mix one part pomegranate juice to two parts sparkling water.

Yield: 8 servings (serving size: 1/2 cup)

Ingredients

  • 2  cups  pomegranate juice (such as pom Wonderful)
  • 1 1/2  cups  lemon-flavored sparkling water
  • 1/2  cup  berry-flavored vodka or plain vodka
  • Lemon rind strips (optional)

Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in a pitcher. Pour 1/2 cup into each of 8 ice-filled glasses. Garnish with lemon rind strips, if desired.

This is fabulous! I have made this twice and EVERYONE asks for the recipe. I couldn't find regular lemon-flavored sparkling water, so I used Sugar Free.09/02/06
