Yield: Makes 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1  cup  fresh or jarred salsa
  • 1/4  cup  canned black beans, drained
  • 1/4  cup  corn (fresh and cooked, or frozen and defrosted)

Preparation

Combine the salsa, black beans, and corn. Serve with tortilla chips.

Great idea but the author didn't mention the serving size. I'm assuming that the total yield of this recipe (1 1/2 cups) is NOT a mere 216 calories, correct?08/28/08
