Made this for Christmas Eve. Now a new family favorite. The dressing is very easy and delicious. We are having it for New Year's Eve too.12/31/09

This salad was an excellent surprise. The salad dressing was fantastic and I added a bit more maple syrup to it for flavor. My mother is going to use this for a dinner party this week, too!09/06/07
