This recipe goes with Shrimp and Crunchy Vegetable Spring Rolls with Sweet and Sour Chili Sauce
Yield: Makes about 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons grated cucumber, with juice
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, and whisk until sugar dissolves. Store refrigerated in an airtight container until ready to serve or up to 2 weeks.
