Vanilla Ice Milk

Yield: Makes about 12 servings (serving size: 1/2 cup)
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons fat-free, sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix
- 2 cups 2% reduced-fat milk
- 1 (12-oz.) can evaporated fat-free milk
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preparation
1. Combine sugar and pudding mix in a large bowl. Gradually whisk in milk and remaining ingredients.
2. Pour milk mixture into freezer container of a 1 1/2-qt. electric ice-cream maker, and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. (Instructions and times will vary.)
