This recipe goes with Fresh Salmon Burgers
Yield: Makes about 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 to 2 tablespoons dill, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons sugar
Preparation
Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
