Majiggy Fruit Salad
Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 1/2 cups)
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 2 tablespoons seedless raspberry jam
- 3 cups sliced peaches (about 2)
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 cups sliced apricots (about 2)
- 1/2 cup grapes (about 14)
Preparation
Combine yogurt and raspberry jam in a small bowl. Combine peaches and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add yogurt mixture to bowl, and toss gently to coat.

This was wonderful as a dessert!! I will make this all the time. The yogurt and jam are the perfect coating to the fruit and hardly add any additional calories. You could probably use any variety of fruits. I used blueberries, peaches, grapes, and kiwi.09/04/07
