Was really good- reminds me of the one my mom made but much healthier! I substituted grapes for celery and enjoyed for a healthy breakfast.09/30/09

I made this salad to accompany Aunt Liz's Chicken Spaghetti, also a CL recipe from this site. I used ingredients on hand and substituted craisins cooked in grape juice and used all reduced fat mayonnaise. My guests loved the salad and there were no leftovers. I would like to experiment with other juices and dried fruit combinations. I will make it again.09/11/09
