  • 1  cup  vodka
  • 1/3  cup  orange liqueur
  • 1/4  cup  fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2  cup  maraschino cherry juice
  • Garnishes: fruit-flavored candy cane sticks, cherries with stems, orange and lemon slices

Preparation

1. Stir together orange juice and next 4 ingredients; serve over ice. Garnish, if desired.

Rudolph's Spritzer: Omit vodka and orange liqueur. Add 2 cups chilled lemon-lime soft drink. Proceed as directed.

Very festive! I use it several times during the holidays. The candy cane is a must! A great party idea is to rim the glasses w/crushed peppermint.11/14/09

I made this for a Christmas open house serving about 80 people. I made the non-alcoholic version & wasn't even careful with the proportions(I used the amounts called for in the juices, but varied the carbonated part: used lemon-lime one time, ginger ale another, even used the cherry 7-Up one time.) I got rave reviews & one guy said that though he usually doesn't like any kind of punch, he drank about 6 glasses that night. My grandkids loved it so much that they wanted me to make it again after the holidays & drank it when I did. It is easy, yummy for everyone, & even healthy with all the fruit juice. Great recipe!01/28/08
