I was trying another recipe and ended up making a so-so steak, but when I served it with this sauce, it completely turned the dinner around! It's so easy to make, and tastes very fresh and light, delicious! I will definitely be using this with other savory beef and pork recipes in the future!06/02/08

This sauce is Heaven on Earth. It's so delicious and refreshing. The fresh lime flavor in the sour cream is perfect with your favorite fish, grilled foods, and Indian and Mexican cuisines, as well. My husband and I love to dip steamed broccoli spears into this sauce; plus it's also extremely delicious served as a dip with fresh veggies. You've got to try this one; you won't be disappointed. Yummy!05/17/08
