Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread
"After searching for a chocolate zucchini bread recipe that didn't require a lot of oil, I came up with this winner. My four-year-old son, Andrew, really likes it, and it's great to be able to enjoy something that's healthy and chocolate at the same time." -Elizabeth Alcorn, Fort Mitchell, KY

Excellent! I used only 1/2 c. of sugar and substituted 1/2 c. whole wheat flour for white. The bread took about 1.5 hr to bake. Turned out beautifully - will definitely make again.10/26/09

This was really delicious. It was dense and moist, almost cake-like in texture and consistency. It came together quickly and got rave reviews. I did skip the cinnamon ... tasty!09/30/09
