Ingredients

  • 2  (10-oz.) packages frozen strawberries in light syrup
  • 1  (6-oz.) container plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1  cup  fresh orange juice
  • 1  cup  fat-free milk

Preparation

1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Serve immediately.
