Yield: Makes about 1 1/4 cups (serving size: 2 1/2 tbsp.)

Ingredients

  • 1  cup  light sour cream
  • 1/2  cup  loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 2  tablespoons  diced pickled jalapeño peppers
  • 2  teaspoons  chopped yellow onion
  • 2  teaspoons  Dijon mustard
  • 1  teaspoon  lime zest

Preparation

1. Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill 30 minutes. Store in an airtight container up to 2 days.
