We used this on a chicken-veggie stir-fry and my husband and I loved it. Next time in stirfry I will use a little cornstarch to thicken it more, but it was probably thick enough for chicken breasts. We look forward to having this again! Good enough for company dinner.09/25/09

I agree with the first reviewer. I made this with a stir fry of chicken, broccoli, red bell pepper and onion, and it was just as tasty as Chinese take out, and assuredly much healthier. And I would absolutely double the amounts. I did have a hard time getting it to thicken, but I am a novice at all this. I would make it again, though, soon!06/26/09
