These were delicious and easy. I used ground turkey instead of beef and I upped the ingredients to work for a pound of ground turkey. The patties stayed together nicely and the carrot slaw was yummy on the side.09/29/09

If someone can come up with a way to hold the patties together...I will come back and give this five stars. The flavor of the meat and yogurt...wow! Very pleased. I could not find the Greek yogurt so I substituted with plain.
Will make again...and again...and again!
Easy enough for everyday...well, if someone else is watching the kids for 40 minutes.
The pairing of carrot slaw was right on.09/16/09
