I just made this recipe for my Mother for her birthday. I can't tell you how much everyone loved this cake. My mother like things sweet, but with this not being that sweet I was really hoping she would like it, since she a diabetic I thought this would be great desert for her. She not only like it , she loved it. I did get however get some advice from one of your reviewers on buying low sugar apple pie filling since my store didn't carry the lite brand either. I will make sure do make this again, and again.10/15/07
