- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 6 cups hot cooked rice
- 1 peeled medium avocado, cut into 12 wedges

Like the other reviewers, I thought this was a fun dish to make and delicious, as well. It is definitely NOT spicy...which works for me b/c I cannot handle very spicy food. Will make this again, for certain.09/25/08

I have made this recipe twice and everyone in the family LOVED it! It's fun to flambe - everyone has to come watch that! But beyond the special effects - this is so easy and delicious. I added hot sauce and I'm still trying to kick up the heat on this (we like things spicy) but my family agrees, it's delicious as is. If you chop everything up ahead of time, it would make an easy and delicious meal for entertaining. I served it over long grain rice. Wonderful!07/19/08
