- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Cooking spray
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 onion, cut into 1/4-inch-thick wedges
- 1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1/4-inch strips
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled blue cheese or feta cheese
- 4 (8-inch) fat-free flour tortillas

I made it and it was good, but it definitely needs a side dish with fruit and or a salad.04/10/08

I've made this recipe twice for two different groups of people. Both loved it. It is a terrific way to stretch a steak. Since I buy organic steak, I can't buy much. This recipe makes at least 6 wraps (maybe more) and they are delicious. I use RF Feta cheese and serve it with couscous. If you like fajitas, you'll love this tasty alternative!03/20/07
