Green Beans Tarragon

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 pound fresh green beans
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons dry white wine
Preparation
Melt butter in a CALPHALON Professional Hard-Anodized 3 quart Sauté Pan over medium-high heat; add green beans, and sauté 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add garlic and next 4 ingredients, and cook 1 minute. Serve immediately.
