Ingredients
- 10 (1-inch-thick) stale Italian bread slices, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 6 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small purple onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Balsamic Dressing
Preparation
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; add Balsamic Dressing, tossing gently.
Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
