  • 1  (3-ounce) package ramen noodle soup mix
  • 1  tablespoon  sesame seeds
  • 2  pounds  napa cabbage
  • 1  small carrot
  • 4  ounces  fresh snow pea pods
  • Sesame-Soy Vinaigrette

Preparation

Remove flavor packet from soup mix and reserve for another use; crumble noodles. Place noodles and sesame seeds on a baking sheet.

I followed the recipe exactly, unexceptional. I served it with Asian food. My guests loved it and had second helpings. The vinagerette is thick, and bland to me. Sesame seeds get lost in the mix, unnecessary. Good, but unworthy of SL "hall of fame".03/14/03
