In a hurry? Substitute 2 (2-pound) packages frozen cooked, peeled, and deveined large shrimp for fresh shrimp. You can find these at large supermarkets.

Yield: Makes 2 pounds

Ingredients

  • 4  pounds  unpeeled, large fresh shrimp, cooked
  • Rémoulade Sauce
  • Lemon wedges

Preparation

Peel shrimp, and devein, if desired.

Serve shrimp with Remoulade Sauce and lemon wedges.
