  • Cooking spray
  • 1  pound  ground turkey breast
  • 1  cup  chopped onion
  • 2  teaspoons  chili powder
  • 1/2  teaspoon  ground cumin
  • 1/4  teaspoon  salt
  • 2  garlic cloves, minced
  • 1  (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained

Patty
This was excellent, added a bit more spice (cumin, chili powder, ground red pepper) because we like spicy. Excellent everyday casserole for when you are craving Mexican food!01/10/10
