Yield: 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 (2-ounce) jar red salmon caviar, drained
- Garnishes: red salmon caviar, fresh chives
Preparation
Stir together first 3 ingredients. Stir in caviar. Cover and chill at least 6 hours. Garnish, if desired.
