  • 1  cup  diced yellow bell pepper
  • 1  cup  diced onion
  • 1/4  cup  chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4  cup  fresh lemon juice
  • 3  tablespoons  capers
  • 2  teaspoons  olive oil
  • 1/4  teaspoon  salt
  • 1/4  teaspoon  pepper

Preparation
