I personally don't care for bbq and my husband has been against eating this all week but I finally made it today anyway....and it was delicious! I put in a cup of chicken broth with my pork tenderloin but the broth cooked all the way down so next time I will put more. I also rubbed the meat with garlic salt ,onion powder and pepper before cooking. It was awesome! My husband is very picky and he smiled when he test tasted it before the sauce went in.(that is hard to accomplish and most people agree that I am a great cook).I personally would have eaten the meat plain. I was that good. I will be making bbq this way EVERYTIME!08/29/09

Excellent and very easy. I use Stubb's BBQ sauce, adding some sauteed onions and green peppers and a little liquid smoke. If the sauce is too thick, I add some of the cooking liquid from the pork. This also freezes really well. Love this recipe!02/01/09
