These cookies came out great! Cruchy sugar cookies with that delicious almond flavor. They were a big hit at work. I added 1 tsp. baking soda to help the cookies rise. Next time I'll cut that to 1/2 tsp. because the baking soda taste was a bit strong.03/04/08

These cookies are delicious! They taste like spritz cookies, but with much less fat so you don't feel guilty! Some of my friends freak out when cookies are chunky, so I finely ground the almonds (b/c they're good for you!). At first you can't really taste them, but after two seconds, a burst of sweetness fills your mouth.01/17/08
