Ingredients

  • 1  cup  plain low-fat yogurt
  • 3  tablespoons  tahini (sesame-seed paste)
  • 2  tablespoons  fresh lemon juice
  • 1  tablespoon  chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/2  teaspoon  salt
  • 1  garlic clove, crushed

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
