Ingredients
- 12 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1 large head iceberg lettuce, cut into 6 wedges
- Blue Cheese Dressing
Preparation
Stir together crumbled bacon, Parmesan cheese, and chives.
Top each lettuce wedge with Blue Cheese Dressing, and sprinkle dressing evenly with bacon mixture.
