Mixing the sauce ingredients in the baking dish makes cleanup a cinch for this already simple recipe.

Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 salmon fillet)

Ingredients

  • 3  tablespoons  orange juice
  • 2  tablespoons  low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1  tablespoon  rice vinegar
  • 1  tablespoon  honey
  • 1  teaspoon  bottled minced garlic
  • 2  teaspoons  bottled ground fresh ginger (such as Spice World)
  • 4  (6-ounce) salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450°.

Combine first 6 ingredients in an 8-inch square baking dish, stirring with a whisk. Add fish to baking dish; spoon sauce over fish.

Bake at 450° for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting occasionally with the sauce.
