Chocolate Glaze
This recipe goes with Buttermilk-Chocolate Cake
Yield: 3/4 cup
Ingredients
- 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 2 tablespoons 1% low-fat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon butter or stick margarine, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon light-colored corn syrup
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk.
