I made this for easter last year and it got rave reviews. I used gluten-free gingersnaps to make an allergy-friendly crust and I loved the contrast in flavors. Easy and will make again for sure.01/24/10

The easiest pie that I make, and it's so delicious! This is a summer favorite for us, we make it whenever having people over and we always have people requesting the recipe. It has great flavors, absolutely fantastic.11/20/09
