I thought this was fantastic. I don't like tahini so I used sunflower oil instead. I like fresh ginger so I grated some and used instead of dried. I will definitely make this for guests and myself again. I served with spicy brown rice chips.01/03/10

I made this hummus last week for my daughter's wedding shower. Everyone loved it. You can taste each ingredient which made it worth collecting the variety of ingredients called for in the recipe. I served this hummus with crudities and a variety of crackers and tortilla chips; as there were other dips also served. Hummus of all kinds is a new favorite in our house. I would serve this any time. Sesame seeds would be an interesting topping for this hummus.06/19/08
