Spicy Peanut Sauce
This recipe goes with Thai Noodle Salad with Vegetables and Spicy Peanut Sauce
Yield: 3/4 cup (serving size: 2 tablespoons)
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced peeled gingerroot
- 3 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons chile paste
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a wire whisk.

I put it all in the blender...which I think gives a better result. Also used chunky peanut butter, which was fine. Delicious sauce!!!02/02/08
