Ingredients

  • 1/3  cup  fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2  tablespoons  minced peeled gingerroot
  • 3  tablespoons  water
  • 3  tablespoons  low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3  tablespoons  creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2  tablespoons  honey
  • 2  teaspoons  chile paste
  • 3  garlic cloves, minced

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a wire whisk.

I put it all in the blender...which I think gives a better result. Also used chunky peanut butter, which was fine. Delicious sauce!!!02/02/08
