Creamy Dijon Mustard Sauce

Yield: Makes about 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
Preparation
Stir together 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup sour cream, 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard, and 3 tablespoons finely chopped green onion. Cover and chill. Garnish with finely chopped green onion, if desired.

What is this used for? A dipping sauce for chicken, shrimp, or a fish sauce? Would a little garlic powder pep it up some?10/20/04
