I liked this a lot--next time, I'd add pecans, maybe. It didn't get stuck in my teeth and it's got a lot of good flavor and crunch for such a small amount of calories! I air-popped the popcorn in the microwave in a paper bag, and that seemed to work well. 11/08/09

My mom made a similar version over Christmas, however hers wasn't at all LIGHT. This one tastes just as good (addictive!)... however it sticks to my teeth. Maybe that's because I haven't let it cool enough. Delicious! 01/17/09

This is a fantastic recipe! I used pre-popped Erin's brand popcorn instead of popping my own. I have used both maple syrup and brown rice syrup in different batches in place of the light molasses which I don't have on hand. I especially like the addition of the brown rice syrup, it makes the coating a little more glassy. I've also added some chopped cashews for a little extra crunch. I too learned on the first batch to cook the sauce at a lower temperature to avoid a burnt taste. 12/23/08

Wow, this popcorn is so good! The molasses gives it a depth of flavor without needing a lot of fat. I just love this recipe. I always add peanuts. 10/25/08

i love this popcorn. To spread out the calories, i double the air popped popcorn. Hello, who is gonna eat 2/3 cup? So this way you can eat more. I aslo have added chopped(to spread out the cals) peanuts too, which is even better!!!! 09/20/08

Better than PoppyCock! But like PoppyCock it's hard to eat only one serving (2/3 C). I reduced the molasses to 1 teaspoon - which was enough to still taste it's distinctive flavor. Can't imagine a full tablespoon of molasses. Next time will add some nuts. My favorite popcorn is still CL Maple-Chile Popcorn - the best of both worlds - sweet and spicey! 02/18/08

amazing! Alas, the serving size is really small, as is often the case with cooking light's best recipes. 01/12/08

I made this as a holiday gift this year. Everyone loved it. I ruined the first batch by letting the mixture cook more than 5 minutes, which gave it a burnt taste. I had no problem with the mix sticking together. I drizzled melted milk chocolate chips over the popcorn for some added taste and a better presentation. 12/29/07

It is fall again and once again I am craving this caramel corn. I have made it many times over the last few years, and the results have been consistently delicious! The kids and adults in our family love it, and we've given it for gifts, too. 09/24/06

Super yummy for adults and kids. Would make a great holiday present for families and teachers. I use 2/3 c dark and 1/3 c light brown sugar, 1 tsp molasses. Place a silicon baking mat (no spray needed) over a jelly roll pan for quick cleanup. 08/16/06

This was so easy to make and so yummy. I used light butter popcorn and it gave it a nice little extra buttery flavor. I will definitely make this again. 03/08/06

I thought I followed the directions to a tee, but I got such different results that maybe I messed up somewhere. I did stir every 15 mins, and the last time I stirred it was sticky but manageble. However, when the timer went off 15 mins later, it was completely stuck to the pan. From what we could scrape off, my husband and I only thought the taste was so-so. I was very disappointed after the great reviews I had read. I'm not sure if I'll try it again. 02/13/06
